Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective August 21, 2026
Client cancellations
Clients may cancel an advance booking. The refund depends on the notice provided before the scheduled session:
| 7 days or more before session | 100% |
| 3–6 days before session | 75% |
| 24–48 hours before session | 50% |
| Less than 24 hours | 25% |
| No-show | 0% |
Rescheduling
Where possible, clients are encouraged to reschedule rather than cancel. Rescheduling is subject to studio availability and repeated or late requests may be treated as cancellations.
Cancellation by D-Vibes Studios
If D-Vibes Studios cancels a confirmed booking and cannot provide an acceptable alternative, the client will receive a full refund of amounts paid for the affected service.
Exceptional circumstances
Where a client cannot attend because of the death or hospitalisation of the person for whom the booking was made, D-Vibes Studios will review the circumstances fairly and in accordance with applicable Nigerian consumer-protection law.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method where technically possible. D-Vibes Studios will initiate approved refunds within 5 business days. Payment-provider processing times may vary.
Deposits
A deposit is payment toward the booked service and is refundable according to this policy rather than automatically being treated as non-refundable.
Your rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or restrict a consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Nigerian law.
